Instructor & Course Questions
How do I apply to become an instructor?
Use our Instructor Registration page to submit your bio, course outline, portfolio links and payout details. We review applications within 3–5 business days.
Do I need prior teaching experience?
No — teaching experience helps but is not mandatory. Clear course structure, sample lessons or a portfolio increase your chance of approval.
What formats do you accept for courses?
We accept pre-recorded video courses (MP4), slide-based lessons with voiceover, and mixed formats. Quizzes and downloadable resources (PDF) are recommended for better learner engagement.
How are instructors paid?
We offer revenue-share and fixed-fee models. Payout methods include Bank Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and EasyPaisa (for Pakistan). Payment terms are agreed after course approval.
Submissions, Files & Spam
Why did my file upload fail?
Large files can fail due to server limits or email attachment caps. We recommend uploading resume as PDF (≤5MB) and sharing long videos via YouTube/Drive links. If you need uploads, ensure CF7 + WP Mail SMTP are configured and server `upload_max_filesize` is sufficient.
How do you handle spam?
We use reCAPTCHA (v3/invisible) and server-side filters. If you prefer not to see reCAPTCHA, we also support Honeypot and Akismet for spam protection.
Learners & Courses
How do learners access paid courses?
After purchase, learners receive an account link and course appears in their dashboard. Content is accessible on desktop and mobile.
Can I offer free previews?
Yes — you can mark selected lessons as free previews to attract learners.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes — instructors can enable completion certificates for their courses.
Payments & Refunds
When are instructor payouts processed?
Payouts are processed monthly after sales reconciliation. Exact timing depends on your payout method and region.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a per-course basis. Learners can request refunds within the timeframe stated on the course page. Instructors are notified and refunds are processed as per platform policy.
